Know what to buy, before it runs out.
Inventory and purchasing software for small retailers that sell across more than one store. Shared stock with partner stores, scanning by phone camera, purchases tied to cash, and restock suggestions from real sales.

What it does
Built for shops that run on WhatsApp, same-day delivery and tight cash — not for warehouses.
Sell from your stock or a partner store's. Every item records which side it left from, so returns go back to the right place.
Barcodes for receiving stock, QR codes on shipping labels for packing — no scanner hardware needed.
A purchase can only be registered if the cash covers it. When it arrives, unit cost is calculated and stock goes up.
Per product and variant: what sold out while selling well, what never sold, and how many days current stock lasts.
Labels carry a code only the team's app can read — the order details stay private for anyone else.
Per-buyer prices, stock leaves on the spot, and orders can be fully edited later with stock corrected automatically.
How it works
From the supplier's price list to the shelf, in one flow.
See sales per variant, separated into regular and promo.
Get a suggested order that fits the cash you have today.
Scan items in; unit cost and stock update on arrival.
Every sale, at either store, lowers the right stock.
Built with Claude
The platform itself was built with Claude Code. Next, we're putting Claude inside the product.
Reads sales history per variant, separates promo-driven from organic demand, flags sold-out vs. never-sold items, and drafts the supplier order within available cash.
Suppliers send price lists as plain text messages. Claude turns them into structured products, variants and costs, ready to compare and import.
