What we collect

Account data (name, email) and the business data you enter in the app: products, stock, purchases, sales and cash records. If you use order features, the customer details you record for delivery.

How we use it

Only to run the app for your stores: show stock, plan purchases and keep records. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

AI features

When AI features are enabled, the relevant sales and catalog data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate suggestions. It is not used to train models under the provider's commercial terms.

Storage and access

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security. Staff accounts only see what their role allows.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by email. We follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
